Painting tutorial for beginners on how to paint a fire tree. This type of tree grows so many places in the Philippines. It is distinguishable because of its red flowers that looks like a burning flame. I still don't know the origin of this tree or what country. Please enjoy watching me painting this landscape scene. And if you want to follow and copy this painting please feel free to share it with me.. You can tag or message it with me on facebook, twitter, instagram or even on my website. Anything you want that is suitable for you.

If you want to watch the time-lapse or faster version of this video you can watch it here: https://youtu.be/8kSJ66Dql08

  1. I am learning to paint and absolutely love acrylics I'm hoping with practice I can do this too. You are great and your instructions so easy to understand thanks JJJ

  2. I really enjoyed watching you do the background of this painting! I look forward to trying your techniques. Thank you for helping a beginner out! :)

  3. very good but hopefully next time you get the camera lighting over the top of you work. The camera light is taking away for your work.

  4. Excellent ,just a comment, the fire tree is more flowery on May ,so if I paint this mountains  should be with no snow.I am from Puerto Rico were this tree is common and we name it Flamboyan

    1. thank you for that Jose... There are also lots of this tree here in the Philippines. And we don't have snow. I just add snowy mountains for a different purpose.

  5. you are such an incredible artist and teacher,I paint in oils I have learned so much from your videos God Bless you and the talents He has given you
