    fan brush vs flat brush in these paintings! TFS...

  3. Hi, do you wet your canvas before you start painting? When I paint, the brush doesn't flow smoothly like yours and I have to apply paint on the brush time and again. Is there any gesso that you apply?

    1. I just dip the tip of my brush to make it fluid but not too much just enough to flow it freely on canvas. Yes I primed with 3 coats of gesso.

    1. +Bboy Bai you're welcome.. mixing colors is part of learning... and the best way to learn painting.

    1. you're welcome... Yes correct. thank you.. I will be using the words tapping or pouncing...

    1. Yes I guess... I am comfortable using the flat brushes. I will try to use the fan brush in the future.
