This is how I paint using reference photos and make it look original by manipulating the light source and adding more shades. In this short lesson you will also learn the proper way of adding the highlights and where to put them with also the shadows. In the real time you can paint it with a traceable which is available in my website and it's real time 1 hour and 5 minutes long. You can watch it here https://youtu.be/3ghYpEfLdBA.

English and Spanish subtitle is available.

  1. wow, you are amazing! this is using references done right, i love how you can turn these images into your own creation and keep it entertaining. this is by far my favorutie painting ive seen in a long time

  2. EXCEPTIONALLY well done! LOVED it. You explain concepts nicely and are a joy to follow. You nailed it, yet again. Thank you for that.

  3. You blow my mind. I watch your shows and stund. I decided I want to learn from you because I am a novice oil painter who can't draw. But other artist have 10 to 15 colors of professional grade colors in a painting. So I spend money I don't have to paint only to find the next time they have 4 more different colors and not the other ones. I saw pay pal and once my husband treatment for cancer is over I will donate. I wish you had snapt chat here because you doing a live show you can get doations. Mind u 5$ is a lot for me now. Thank you for sharing. The people you help is crazy. My life is a mess. But it can't stay there for ever. So when it's not I will help support you. Because I won't spend 100$ of dollars on paints. thank you for the many blessings you give. Time is an expensive item. Why. You never get it back. You can't get a refund. It the most expensive thing you own. Your share yours freely. I thank you for it.

    1. thank you Holmie.. Really appreciate... I use limited 5 colors for beginners to learn mixing the colors. It's very important and part of learning process of painting... In the future, you can decide if ever you add more colors to improve the vividness...

  4. por. fin traducido a español aunque sea subtitulado !!!!! GRACIAS ¡!!!!! 👏👏👏👏👏. ( desde valencia España)
