Painting tutorials for beginners on how to start acrylic painting. This video is a guide for beginners and to those who decided to try acrylic painting. For me, this are the most basic way if you haven't tried acrylic painting and you're hesitant to use it, you can follow the 5 basic way to do it. You can skip the first one in which you will create your own canvas because you can buy canvasses from art store and galleries. For this video you can learn mixing by using 5 limited colors on palette, blending of colors, matching from reference and making highlights and shadows. It's fun to do outdoor or plein air landscape painting with artists friends. We travel for just less than 1 hour to reach this simple and beautiful destination in Peebles Beach, San Carlos City. I love the old house in nipa hut and also love the surrounding coconut or palm trees. I also like the golden colors of the grasses because it's summer here. I used acrylic painting as my medium on canvas and it took me 1 hour and 30 minutes to finished the entire painting with 12x16 inches size of canvas. The old tree in the left side had a very beautiful peeling skins and love to paint its textures. I always remember it was a fun painting day.
