  1. Excellent! I have to try this painting! Very pretty! I really enjoyed watching this painting lesson. Thanks, John!

  2. Unbelievable I just love watching your art lessons and you are the master, bravo john bravo, thank you

    1. I started painting using my imagination... and doing that everyday I began to develop my skills in visualization. I started 16 years ago. And now I wanted to have a reference and copy from my photographs.. Doing that the result would be much more realistic...So maybe all I can advice is to practice visualizing things like the trees and mountains and paint it. With constant practice you will improve better than copying using a reference.

    1. when I paint the landscapes... It's all come from imagination... and when objects like flowers. I need some reference to paint it correctly because it has actual forms.

  4. You are very good, I paint in oils and sometimes it seems like your paintings also are in oil and that is impressive because they are acrylics. Also I think that your method of using the primarys and mix from them is superb, you get the soft tones that adds mood.

    1. Thank you so much! My favorite medium is also oil. I use acrylics in my videos because it dries fast and I can finish it right away for an hour but in the future I would include oil paintings here in youtube. I used primary colors so that my viewers or the newbies would learn from the very basic of mixing to create new colors. Once again thank you for your inspirational comment... :)
