    1. I am not really an expert of colored pencil. I think you need to watch the work of Heather Rowney.. She's and expert with that medium

  1. Guys, I want you to know that the reflection of the middle tree is a little off. I forgot to retouch it on the last part of the video. I apologize for that mistake. You just have to correct it when you do a copy on this one. Just copy everything you see on top like a mirror to create the water reflections. So good luck and have fun painting. :)

    1. John magne Lisondra , do you do personal tutorials. . I would like to take lessons from you. Pls let me know at +639052408015

  2. Great Painting. Love your style. You've taught me a lot. Question, do you a use reference photo or sketch it from imagination.

  3. Hi John. been following you for a while and you have got me back into painting, many thanks. another beautiful painting.

  4. Bravo! Another wonderful painting, John! Sunrise in the forest... with the brightness of the yellows and greens, that's what it looks like to me. And those old gnarly trees are just perfect... because of their imperfection. But best of all... the reflections on the water! Love it!

  5. as usual you painting is beautiful. However, the tree's reflection in the middle is bending the opposite direction. This is driving me crazyl  Beautiful other wised

    1. thank you Sandy.. Yes you are right, I noticed it after the filming was done and have no time retouching it. So just correct it...

  6. oh how beautiful it will look even greater when I add a scripture on the water thank you so much your work is amazing and not boring god bless you
