Physical Paintings

1. Returns

• We accept returns on physical paintings within 14 days of delivery.
• To be eligible for a return, the painting must be in its original condition, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
• Once the returned painting is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Refunds

• If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
• Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

• If you receive a damaged or defective painting, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Downloadable Tutorials

1. Non-Refundable

• Due to the digital nature of downloadable tutorials, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for these products.
• Please ensure you review the product details carefully before making a purchase.

2. Download Issues
