Watch step by step instructional landscape painting with subtitles. Please enable subtitle for the instruction. Video is 35 minutes long. I need to make it shorter for a faster demo.

  1. would love to see more of your work but not in time lapse.. you are such a great artist and watching you work at a normal pace is so much more relaxing and enjoyable... although the end result is amazing..

    1. Thank you so much this is one my first videos in youtube... you can watch a real-time videos on my channel.

  2. Im reacting to the description of the video: No man you dont need to make it shorter, youtube can deal with 10 hours videos now. You could actually make it full time without even editing. Im sick with the time lapse shits on youtube call themselves lessons or tutorials, they arent teaching you anything just they are like "hey look at me how cool i am". so fuckin forget to make shorter videos, thank you.

    1. Wow, didnt know that. Im looking it right now, i am very happy with it, thank you :) it worth that 9 hours!

    2. Thank you sir... its just hard to upload longer videos here in the philippines... I just uploaded 1 hour video and not time-lapse.. it takes me 9 hours to upload. You can watch it on my newest upload.

  3. You are a fantastic artist.  One thing I did find while watching the videos, there is a lot of glare on the top part of the painting, especially on the picture of the mountains, path and lake.  I thought you might like to know. Keep up the awesome work John! :)

    1. thank you so much! its the light reflection when the paint is wet. Its the product of poor lighting...

  5. Dear John, you are doing an amazing job, please don't stop it. I have a question for you, what kind of brush you are using at the 22th minute. Can I have the Manufacturer name. Thanks a lot.. Yoni

    1. +Yoni Rittner Thank you so much sir... It is really flattering... The brush that I used at the 22 min is DALER-ROWNEY SY55 SHORT FLAT. I do not know the number because it is faded. My sister gave it to me from Canada... Maybe you can buy it at any artist material store in the US or Canada. Thank you again sir..
