  12. Many thanks for a great lesson in painting waterfalls. I have been trying to finish a painting of a waterfall for my daughter and while the rocks and like weren’t a problem the water was. Thanks to this tutorial I have hopes that at last it will actually look like it should. Thank you.

    • yes, I use phthalo blue most of the time.

  19. I love watching your tutorials, you have such a God-given talent.

    My questions are:

    What kind of canvas are you using? Is it a homemade canvas board? If so, how do you make it and prepare it? Could you share that with us in a future tutorial?

    Also, how do you get the paint to glide on the surface so well? Is it how you’re using your paint, techniques, water, or in how you primed the surface of your canvas?

    God bless you for sharing your talent and techniques. I’m so excited to learn more, please keep bringing us more demonstrations.

    • hello Sly, thank you very much! Yes, i made the canvas myself and I will upload some tutorials on making it in the future. I sand the canvas to make it smooth and make the paint flows easily with water. thanks again and God bless you too
