  17. Hi John
    Another beauty my friend!!👍👏👏
Truly amazing to see the amount of different colors that come from the basic colors.
    I have a question!!
Do you use any thinner or retarder to keep paint workable for much longer time. I watched another artist that tried this acrylic paint thinner called GOLDEN ONE ACRYLIC PAINT THINNER.
Depending on how much he added it actually kept the paint wet for 24 hours. It was amazing. It actually thinned the paint and slowed down the dry times for incredibly
Long periods. Do you use any of these types of products in your paintings???
Thank you for the lessons John..

    • @Art of John Magne Lisondra
      Thanks for the reply John.
I understand. Sometimes I change what I’m painting in the middle of project and then paint is to dry to work with. Lol. I like to go slow and visualize what I’m painting instead of sketching it out first..
That’s when I need a thinner or retarder. But anyway, if you would like more time to work with your paintings and not have to rush so much. That product is supposed to be very good for keeping paint wet for even 24 hours depending upon how much you mix into paint. GOLDEN ONE ACRYLIC PAINT THINNER. You can buy on Amazon. I cant remember the name of the artist supply store ot comes from but you would know the name. Anyway thanks again my friend. Another really beautiful painting.

    • thank you very much Tom.. I only used water… i have retarder but never used it as of now… I just want to let if dry faster to finish right away

  18. What size canvas are you using John? Thank you – I love your tutorials. I have created my best paintings doing yours!

    • As it is displayed in the beginning of the video, canvas is of size 16 inches X 12 inches primed with 3 coats of gesso or acrylic white paint
