    • thank you Mayank.. you can use white acrylic paint.. do it with 3 coats like the gesso..

    • thanks, I like to paint many different things and using different technics, I wish I’d would have been more serious with painting in my life, but I really only started doing a lot more last fall., anyway, looking forward to your next creation ..

  9. I like the way you realize the beauty of the nature in this painting, well done light source and the way the animal is looking at the viewer. I have these exact feelings when a think about nature. Well done John ;) bye bye

    • Thank you John, I’m glad that you like them.. I’m planning to make more videos soon. I’m learning some techniques at home, practicing.. it always helps. A question: did you leave this blurry effect in the shadows intentionally? it makes a believable feeling.. like i can’t take my eyes off the deer and the hilights near them

    • it’s actually brand less… It’s just nylon brush..

    • I love the fact that you use the primary colors, and create colors. I have learned a lot from you doing this. Thank you!

    • thank you very much! I mostly used Reeves and Liquitex basics acrylics… titanium white, phthalo blue, medium yellow, brilliant red, and lamp black for the colors.. I actually write in on the first part of the video. you’re welcome and thank you..
