    I have a question. What do you use to prime the canvas with? Just white paint?

    • you’re welcome.. I used gesso and also white acrylic paint sometimes.

  9. I have been painting since last few months .. so am I right in concluding that to paint animals or humans first step is to place the darks and lights as undercoat ?

    • John magne Lisondra :) I go restless when i don’t paint a single day John: )

    • it’s normal tanu.. I’ve been there sometimes. You just have to find some inspirations or work on other things that make you stay away from paints and if you feel like you want to paint again then it’s time to grab your brush paint.

    • John magne Lisondra thank you for replying . I am aspiring to be a good artist ..but there are days which makes me feel I can do it and there are days when experiments go wrong and I feel so useless :( ..it’s a confusing journey .. any tips ?
