  6. Painting has always been something thats been in the back of my mind. I’ve never taken an art class before, but I love watching videos where people paint. Now that I have a little bit of more time, I decided to buy some painting supplies. However, due to the time being, I was only able to find small brushes. I found some cheap makeup brushes that I had and don’t/rarely use and decided to use those. I know that makeup brushes aren’t meant to be used that way, but whats the harm in putting them good ol’ brushes to use and just for fun? :) btw, I found that the foundation brush was really good at blending the background because of the flat bristles and the eyeshadow ones good for smaller details. I tried painting a night sky with pink clouds (my profile pic at the time being) a few days after experimenting with the brushes and colors. I just wanted to try and see what I could do and like to think about what I discovered, what I could change/improve on, etc. I came across this video and it helped me process where I can improve and I really appreciate it. I’ll definitely keep these tips in mind next time I paint clouds!
