  8. That is 100% NOT how to paint a mountain like Bob Ross! Getting a roll of paint on the pallet knife so the paint will “break” is the Bob Ross way of painting snow on a mountain.

  9. I got frustrated trying to do oil paintings like Bob Ross, but I just recently did a perfect Bob Ross using acrylics. I’ll just mention some of my tricks here in case anyone’s reading this: (1) use heavy body paints (2) use a wet palette (3)use goat hair brushes (they stay wet longer) (4) use Slow-Dry medium for your “liquid white” (5)re-apply paint if it’s not wet enough to blend.

    • i painted it with light blue… blue + white
