Nice, but the flowers/greens in the foreground as as fuzzy as the shrubbery in the middle ground. That kills the feeling of depth. Als the middle ground is still very close to the viewer and shouldn’t be that fuzzy and unclear. The background is goo and the tree to the right is good. Also the water is meh…

Cause that shows the artist didn’t do the painting superficially. That he actually studied the subject and understands it. Vanishing point, lighting, proportions and so on.
Some are happy with jus a bunch of colors on a canvas. And sometimes that is nice too. But when trying to reproduce a nature scene certain rules of perspective apply, and illusion of depth.
If a painter just wants to give an impressionistic impression of a scene then that has to show in his technique. But painting half of the painting naturalistic and the other half impressionistic shows lack of skill.
