  9. This is oil, right? I thought you only used acrylics. Great results either way.

    • Yes… Oil is my favorite medium

  15. Sorry guys.. This video has no beginning… I decided to record this when I almost done with it or just a few touches more to finish the painting. Just wanted to show you the close ups and strokes painting this one. And also to inspire that you don’t need to go to school in order to learn painting at it’s finest. It was done in oil.     • Even though I just paint in Acrylics, and I think I will stay in Acrylics for now…..but WOW John! Your Talent is Beyond! Just Breathtaking. You DO Inspire me, and I hope that in my lifetime I get to be at least 50% of your Realism paintings. They are all so beautiful! You capture so much in them.
